Company Director 

Founder and Director of Hearts & Minds Support Ltd, Vanessa Howie has over 25 years experience in providing specialist mental health, housing and self directed support to vulnerable people with complex needs. Vanessa started her career in Leeds City Council Housing Department managing supported housing teams and re-housing homless people. Vanessa subsequently worked for a mental health charity as a Service Manager of a Mental Health Housing Support Team and established a Self Directed Support Service. Vanessa founded Hearts and Minds Support in 2013 and currently provides over 200 hours support per week to clients in Leeds.
